What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity is an umbrella term that encompasses all neurotypes (i.e. Allistic, Autistic, ADHD, etc.). Everyone has a neurotype, the term is not exclusive to neurodivergent individuals, it represents neurotypical individuals as well.* A neurotype is the way in which your brain is wired. It affects your behavioral and thought processes.

* 'Neurodivergent' and 'Neurotypical' are antiquated terms that are in the process of changing.

We Are Neurodiverse

Everyone has a neurotype, though not all neurotypes are well accommodated. We aim to educate individuals about neurodiversity and foster a welcoming environment.

We're all neurodiverse in one way or another, so let's embrace our uniqueness.
